RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
To be eligible for a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and return it within 14 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If your item is deemed to be defective or damaged, you can choose a refund or exchange.
If you choose refund, it will be processed immediately including the return shipping cost (if applicable), and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Alternatively, you may choose to keep the item and I will compensate you for any drop in value.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at shop@eclecticmumma.com.au.
Exchanges
If your item has been deemed to be defective or damaged and you choose to exchange, I will send a replacement of the same item upon receipt of the original item.
In the event that the same item is out of stock or unavailable, you may exchange for another item of your choice to the same value.

Change of mind
Under Australian Consumer Law, I am not required to refund or exchange if you change your mind, make a wrong selection or see it cheaper elsewhere.
Although it is not a requirement, I offer a store credit for change of mind under the following conditions:
- You contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and return it within 14 days.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.
- To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-You will be issued with a store credit for the original purchase value (excluding shipping costs if applicable), less a 20% restocking fee to be used within 3 months from date of issue.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- Full bolts and special orders are not eligible for a change of mind refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for change of mind. Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind.
If your item is deemed to be defective or damaged, you will be reimbursed the cost of return shipping where applicable. This does not apply if I provided you with a satchel or label for return shipping.
If you are shipping an item to me, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
